Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the ec333 platform. By registering, you agree to all of these terms.

1 Definitions and General Provisions

In this document, "ec333", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to the ec333.cam website and all associated services. "User", "member", or "you" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

These terms and conditions apply to all services of ec333, including online casino games, cricket betting, slots, and other entertainment activities. These terms apply equally whether the user accesses the services from any device (mobile, tablet, or desktop).

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all associated accounts being closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account cancellation. If any information changes, please notify our support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Sharing your account with others is prohibited.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

ec333 supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption.

3.1 Deposit Terms

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each payment method).
  • Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder.

  • Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
  • Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

  • Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus balance.
  • ec333 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, the following conditions must be met:

  • After claiming the bonus, a 25x wagering requirement must be completed (25 times the total amount of deposit plus bonus).
  • The bonus is applicable only once and only for the first deposit.
  • Bonus funds are non-transferable.
  • The wagering requirement must be fulfilled within 30 days of the bonus being activated.

4.2 VIP Program

The ec333 VIP program has four tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Tier upgrades happen automatically based on gaming activity and history. ec333 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits.

4.3 Promotional Offers

ec333 provides various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are stated in the offer details. ec333 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

Please note: If bonus misuse or fraudulent activity is detected, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game or betting market. These limits are displayed in the game interface. ec333 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

5.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error occurs in a game or betting system, ec333 reserves the right to void the result of that round and refund the bet. Any winnings resulting from a technical error will be considered void.

5.3 Betting Decisions

Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (unless a specific game offers a cash-out feature). All betting decisions are made at the user's own risk.

5.4 Sports Event Betting

  • Live betting is available for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC, and other cricket events.
  • If a match is postponed or abandoned, the outcome of that bet will be settled according to the applicable rules.
  • The official announcement of a match result is the basis for bet settlement at ec333.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ec333 platform:

  • Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage.
  • Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or software errors.
  • Betting using automated bots or scripts.
  • Attempting to access another user's account.
  • Disrupting the normal operation of the platform.
  • Providing false or fraudulent information.
Consequences: If prohibited activity is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed, the balance forfeited, and legal action taken if necessary.

7 Identity Verification (KYC)

ec333 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure the security of financial transactions and prevent fraud.

7.1 Required Documents

  • Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport.
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method used.
  • Proof of current address if required.

7.2 Verification Process

Withdrawals may be restricted until the verification process is complete. ec333 may request additional documents or information and reserves the right to suspend any transaction until verification is finished.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure at User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.

ec333 may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

  • Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • Providing a false identity or information.
  • Failure to pass age verification.
  • Legal or regulatory reasons.
